some household shores during the week then add moderate activities such
as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, taking brisk walks,
dancing. Talk to you doctor before you start any type of physical
activity in your lifestyle.
- Listen to your body for aches, pains, shortness of
breath, or any other abnormal signs and symptoms. Stop when these occur
and talk to your doctor.

attention to your eating habits; otherwise you will not reach/maintain
an appropriate weight.

healthy as long as it is followed by the suggestions of a registered
dietitian.

pounds on you. W

going out, watch your portion sizes, you can cut down lots of calories
this way.
- Pack your meals/beverages whenever possible. Monitor
the fats, salt and sweets that you add to your foods/drinks while
cooking and before you eat/drink them.

and compare it to My Pyramid. Also, keep a log of your physical activity
habits to show the progress you have made or to record conditions that
