The Health Department is conducting their clinics on an appointment only basis and has set up a flu referral and information line to take appointments for the various locations. The number will be manned Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (except Veterans Day) is 561-712-6501. As additional clinics become available this number will also have the latest information.

Persons calling in will be asked if they meet the following criteria:

2. Do you reside in a nursing or long term care facility?

3. Do you have lung or heart disease?

4. Do you have asthma?
