The Palm Beach County Health
Department in conjunction
with its community partner
at Maxim Healthcare are
offering flu vaccinations at
the South County Civic
Center, 16700 Jog Road,
Delray Beach from 9:00 am to
3:00 PM Wednesday, November
23, 2005.
The cost
per shot will be $25,
Medicare will be accepted.
Priority is given to those meeting the following criteria:
-
Persons 65 years and
older
-
Long-term care patients
-
Persons aged 2-65 years
with chronic health
conditions
-
Children 6-23 months of
age
-
Pregnant women
-
Household contacts and
out of home caregivers
of children under 6
months
-
Health care workers
involved with direct
patient care.
