begins August 22 and the
Palm Beach County Health
Department is offering a
number of locations for
students to receive their
required vaccinations prior
to school beginning.
All new and transferring students are required to have been
vaccinated against
Diphtheria Tetanus,
Pertussis, Polio, Measles,
Mumps, Rubella and Hepatitis
B. Seventh graders should
have a Tetanus/Diphtheria
booster. Kindergarten
through sixth grade should
also have had the chicken
pox vaccine.
Six Health Department Clinics are offering shots at the
following locations:
Jupiter Health Center,
6405 Indiantown Road, 8:00
AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM
to 4:00 PM Monday through
Friday Walk-ins accepted
