The third
Tuesday of each September is
designated as Take a Loved
 One
for a Checkup Day. This
observance encourages
individuals to take charge
of their health by attending
a community health event,
visiting their health care
provider or making an
appointment to see a health
practitioner on or around
September 18th. It also
promotes individuals to help
their family members,
friends and neighbors to do
the same.
Attached are flyers to help with the promotion of Take a
Loved One for a Checkup Day.
