BEACH COUNTY, FL – A
registered dietitian has
already done the research
and now is a great time to
take advantage of the advice
and science they use to
tailor a nutrition program.
Throughout the month of March in cooperation with the Palm
Beach County Health
Department’s Community
Health Division, Palm Beach
Dietetic Association, The
School District of Palm
Beach County, the American
Heart Association and
University of Florida
Cooperative Extension
Service a number of events
are planned that will help
everyone make healthy
choices in the way they eat.
The Board of County
Commissioners has proclaimed
March National Nutrition
Month® and March 10 as
Registered Dietitian Day as
a way of recognizing all of
the good work dietitians
provide in the community.
The C.L. Brumback Health
Center in Belle Glade will
also be opening its food
pantry for the first time on
this day to help its
community obtain food
security.
